The Ring Road is 1,332 km long, bypassing the entire island and connecting most of the inhabited areas of the island. It will give you a thrill and awaken the explorer in you! On this journey, you will pass through mesmerizing landscapes, breathtaking volcanoes, astounding glaciers, rocky beaches, hot springs, fjords and waterfalls. If you travel between September and April, you can see the Northern Lights lighting up the sky. It is possible to drive the entire Ring Road in 24 hours, but for the best experience, we recommend spending at least 7 days in Iceland.
